It was another remarkable thing that happened in Ichide Street where some groups of boys and girls where moving around the street as if there is a fire on the mountain.
When I was coming back from Church yester day around 2.30pm Nigerian time, I saw this young youths running around the street. When I tried to know what is happening, whether they have started their usual demonstration. I was told that they are not happy about what happened to their hero as the said. I tried to know who their hero was; I was told that Michael Jackson is their Hero.
Speaking with Chioma Okeke, she told me that his death was an un-imaginable thing to her hearing and that she loved Mike even from the time she was still a child. According to her, she said that the sudden news nearing makes her gone mad but with by the grace God she was delivered.
Speaking with Pastor. Michael Atuanya, He said that Mike is loved by many Nigerian Music Lovers but that will not guarantee this youths to come out on Sunday to cause traffic jam... According to him, he said that he love Mike very well but he will not give or join in this kind thing on Sunday that he supposed to go to church and worship his God Almighty.
Another woman in the town, Wire by a nick name said that She didn’t understand what the mourn is all about.... it is a bad news to hear that some body died but the way this young men and women are doing it, is not proper. That you shouldn’t have come out of the street to disturb people due to the Michael Jackson death.
It is a bad news indeed but will mourning of Michael’s Death takes us to any where?
